PYDA (www.pyda.co.za) develops young talent for employment in demand led sectors.
We are inviting 50 youth to apply for the PYDA Youth Employability Programme. PYDA (www.pyda.co.za) develops young talent for employment in demand led sectors.
This unique programme is an employability programme that aims to help prepare N5, N6 and Diploma students and graduates for the world of work. The Academy is aware of the challenges experienced by this group of young South Africans in accessing internships and employment opportunities to complete their studies and to grow their careers.
Most employers look for certain skills and qualities in employment candidates in addition to academic qualifications. These are known as employability skills and they may not be job-specific, but they play an important role in improving performance and value in the workplace. These skills can also have an impact on the ability to progress in a career. In this new programme, we focus on the employability skills needed to increase the chances of securing employment.
This is a full time Programme that will run from 18 July to 30 November 2022.
