ABOUT PYDA
We believe enormous talent exists amongst the youth of South Africa, but they experience many barriers to growth and development. As a result, their talent often remains unrealized. Our goal is to attract those who are ready to bring change to their lives, work with them for one year, and “launch” them to a successful future.
At the end of their time with PYDA, they have experienced personal growth, they are able to access sustainable employment, and they can effect real change within their families and communities.

OUR PROGRAMMES
PYDA currently offers two year-long programmes: Wine and Tourism and the Fruit Sector. To qualify, students must be 18-25 years old and they must come from a historically disadvantaged background. Upon graduation, these students will be ready for immediate placement in the workforce.

PYDA is a registered Non-Profit Company with Public Benefit Organisation and level 4 BBBEE status. It is expertly managed by a mixed team of local and UK-based board members who add value in terms of accounting and finances, law, business management, marketing and public relations, personal development, and coaching.
